Red Bull Music Academy Session with Brian Fallon of The Gaslight Anthem

To promote the Red Bull Music Academy that will be taking place in New York from September 30-November 2, 2012, Red Bull hosted a Q&A session at the Press Room in Asbury Park featuring Brian Fallon, lead singer of The Gaslight Anthem. After about an hour of hilarious commentary from Brian covering subjects about his professional career to fixing the front door of his house, he performed a live acoustic set. Brian was only supposed to play 3 songs but instead ended up playing for over an hour to an intimate crowd of fans. Needles to say Brian killed it!

Red Bull Airforce Pilots Othar Lawrence and Jeff Provenzano BASE jumped off the top of the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic city to celebrate Red Bull Leap Day 2012.

Red Bull Trick Or Treat 2011

Once again Red Bull kicks off the Halloween weekend with the Red Bull Trick or Treat BMX street competition held at Newtown Barge Park in Brooklyn, NY. Despite having to move the event forward one day due to snow, the event staff was able to build the entire course in less than 24 hours so that the riders and fans would still have their Halloween themed course.

Here are a few shots of the Red Bull Team shredding the US Open Downhill course and the Giant Slalom course. Jill Kintner took 2nd place in Downhill and swept the Giant Slalom race taking home first.

JACKSON...end of story!

Anyone who knows Aaron Chase knows that his dog Jackson is with him where ever he goes. They also know the worst thing you can do is throw an object for Jackson to fetch because he will retrieve the object then bark at you until you throw it again, which will continue all day until he passes out or you ignore him. I say object because since i have know Aaron, i have seen Jackson pull 4 ft logs out of the woods, small tires, sticks, balls, pretty much anything he can get his mouth around for someone to throw. Yesterday i was shooting with Aaron at one of our local spots and of course Jackson was in normal form running after a tennis ball all day. Aaron threw the ball down a slalom course he built and i watched Jackson rail the berm faster than i have seen anyone on a mountain bike hit it. I looked at Aaron with my jaw dropped and asked him if he saw how fast Jackson hit the berm and Aaron was already laughing. As i was standing there laughing i thought i had to get a shot of this, so Aaron walked down to the berm to rally Jackson and our friend Ray tossed the ball down the course. Within seconds Jackson was already in route ripping down the course. This is definitely one of my top ten favorite personal shots i have ever taken...
